We know that entrusting your beloved pet to someone else is never easy. Take a look below at our selection of frequently asked questions and answers, and get in touch if we haven’t included the info you need.

What do you supply for overnight boarding?

We supply water, enrichment activities, and exercise.  We will feed the food you provide according to the schedule you provide.  Each Kennel comes with a raised dog bed, food, and water dishes. You are also welcome to bring your pet's preferred bed, blanket, or toy.

How can I check on my pet during their stay?

We will be happy to send a daily  text or message update with a photo.  You are welcome to call or text at anytime between the hours of 7 am and 6 pm to  and check in as well.

My pet has a special diet. Can their needs be accommodated?

We will happily work with you to make sure your pet's special diets or medications are provided as directed.  We also can accommodate most allergies and are happy to discuss your pets individuals needs. 

What time is drop off and pick up for my pet?

You may drop your pet off anytime between the hours of 7 am and 6 pm.  We will confirm the drop-off time the night before your booked arrival date.  You may pick your pet up anytime between the hours of 7 am and 6 pm.  If your pet is picked up by noon there is no boarding charge for that day.  If you need to pick-up your pet after noontime then a day boarding fee will be added.  We are happy to work with you to cover any unique circumstances that you may need.  Please do not hesitate to reach out.
